Sequoia offers door to door intermodal service to and from all points in North America. Equipment options include 20', 40', 45', 48' & 53' containers. Our unique EMS (Event Management System) provides both our employees and our customers unmatched visibility. This system provides the most current status of all shipments from pick up appointment through final delivery and is updated multiple times daily. In addition, the system stores data on tens of thousands of shipments handled over the previous 90 days to determine a "real life" transit time and quickly identifies any shipment that falls behind schedule. This also allows us to identify the best possible transit times by rail service provider for every lane. Our state of the art accessorial program notifies the bill to party of potential charges prior to occurrence to help mitigate additional expenses associated with shipments such as driver standby, rail storage, etc.
